Q1. My System Is Not Working Can You Help?

Ans: Yes! We can help, we have trained technicians on many systems, our representative can check if we cover your system and book you in.

Q2. If I pay for a call out will that fix my system?

Ans: Our call out fee covers the call out and includes the first hour on site, if we manage to resolve your issues within the first hour without using any new parts then there is no additional fee to pay.

Q3. What areas do you cover?

Ans: We cover most parts of mainland UK, however some parts of Scotland and Wales are not feasible for us to travel.

Q4. Is there any guarantee with the call out?

Ans: If we resolve an issue for you again and you notice the same fault arise within 24-48 hours after our engineer has left, then we will attend again at no extra cost.

Q5. What is your response time?

Ans: Our normal lead time is between 1-3 days, however with every booking, we will have a look at the schedule of our engineer and try and fit you in as soon as possible, sometimes the very same day!

Q6. What happened if you need to replace parts on my system?

Ans: If we need to replace any parts, we will provide you with a quotation first which will include the cost of the part and also the labour for installation, there is no obligation that you have to use our service for repair.

Q7. What happens if you come out and find nothing wrong with our system?

Ans: If we attend site and we cannot find anything wrong with your system then our standard call out will still apply, we can carry out a routine health check on your system and ensure that everything is working as it should.

Q8. My line provider is telling me something wrong with our system, how can I tell?

Ans: If your line provider has carried out line test and send an engineer to look at the lines, then the fault can possible be with the system or the connection from the lines to the system, our engineer will be able to look at both the lines and the system to resolve this for you.

Q9. Do you supply new or used parts?

Ans: We can provide you with both new and refurbished part prices, if your system is out of production it may be difficult to get parts, this is when we’ll recommend a refurbished part.

Q10. What warranty do you provide?

Ans: If you purchase new parts they will come with a 12 month parts and labour warranty if you had the parts fitted from us, for refurbished parts this is normally 3 months warranty.
